Phone Consultation

This brief conversation offers a space to share what you’re noticing or experiencing, ask questions about occupational therapy and our approach, and explore whether a full evaluation or other services might be a helpful next step. There’s no pressure to move forward; the goal is to help you feel informed, understood, and supported in deciding what comes next.

2

Evaluation

Our evaluations are individualized and relationship-centered. We explore how a person’s nervous system, sensory experiences, routines, and environments. The result is a personalized, strengths-based plan that supports regulation, participation, and meaningful engagement in daily life: created with you and grounded in who you already are.

3

Individualized Intervention

Therapy sessions are tailored to each child’s interests, nervous system, and goals. We use evidence-based strategies in ways that feel playful, meaningful, and supportive: from sensory exploration and movement to daily routines and skill-building. Caregivers are partners in the process, with home strategies and regular progress updates to celebrate growth along the way.
